11th Hour Challenge – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

  • This competition is run by Therapy In The Outback, referred to as "the Promoter"

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of Australia only

  • Residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and Western Australia (WA) are excluded

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry

  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible

3. Promotion Period

  • Opens at 12:00am AEST on 29 June 2025

  • Closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2025

  • Entries received outside this period will not be eligible

4. How to Enter

  • Send a letter to your MP hosted at: https://itsnowornever.good.do/itsnowornever/

  • Encourage 11 others (who must also be over 18)  to also send a letter to your MP.

  • Complete the entry form at https://www.itsnowornever.com.au/11thhourchallenge with the following:

    • Your full name, email, and phone number

    • A declaration confirming that all 11 people:

      • Have signed the letter to their MP and that you are able to confirm their first and last names, and email addresses as entered on letters to their MPs through the link here https://itsnowornever.good.do/itsnowornever/, if your entry is drawn as a winning entry.

      • All 11 people have consented to you sharing their names, and email addresses with the promoter, upon your entry being drawn as a winning entry.

  • Optional bonus entry: Post a video to Instagram saying “It’s now or never” using the hashtags #The11thHourChallenge and #ItsNowOrNever, showing or describing your participation

  • Limit of one entry per person, unless otherwise stated

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, unverifiable, or non-compliant entries may be disqualified

5. Consent and Privacy

  • By entering, you agree to the use of your personal information for the purpose of administering this competition

  • Your information will not be shared with third parties

  • All referred individuals must have signed a letter to their MP of their own accord and confirm

6. Prize Details

  • Five winners will be chosen at random, and  will each receive 1 x $110 Uber voucher.

  • Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash

  • The use of the prize remains subject to Uber’s terms and conditions

  • The Promoter is not responsible for how Uber delivers or honours the vouchers

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be drawn at random from valid entries on the 7th of July.

  • Winners will be contacted via email from team@itsnowornever.com.au, and announced on our website www.itsnowornever.com.au.

  • If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected until all prizes have been awarded.

8. Verification and Disqualification

  • The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, or confirmation that both the person initiating the entry and all 11 people signed the letter to their MP through the link provided.

  • Entries may be disqualified if they are:

    • Incomplete or inaccurate

    • Found to be false or misleading

    • In breach of these terms and conditions

9. General Conditions

  • This competition is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram, Uber, or any other third party

  • The Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if required

  • Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions

  • These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice at the promoters discretion.

Privacy Policy – 11th Hour Challenge

This Privacy Policy applies to the 11th Hour Challenge competition run by Therapy In The Outback (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”), ABN 42 110 209 542, based in Sydney, NSW.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

By entering this competition, you agree to the collection, use, and handling of your personal information as set out below.

  • The full names of the 11 individuals you encouraged to sign the petition

  • Any publicly posted content under the hashtags #The11thHourChallenge and #ItsNowOrNever (e.g. Instagram video entries)

We do not collect contact details (e.g. emails or phone numbers) of your referred individuals, only their names, which are used for verification purposes only.

2. Why We Collect Your Information

We collect your personal information to:

  • Administer and validate entries for the 11th Hour Challenge

  • Verify that all entry conditions have been met (including that your referred friends have signed the petition)

  • Contact winners and distribute prizes

  • Ensure the competition is conducted fairly and in accordance with the terms

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

3. Consent to Provide Third-Party Information

If you provide us with the names of other individuals as part of your entry:

  • You must ensure that you have obtained their informed and voluntary consent to share their name with us

  • You must inform them that their name will only be used to verify that they signed the petition and will not be contacted or used for any other purpose

If we cannot confirm that your 11 referrals have consented and signed the petition, your entry may be disqualified.

4. How We Store and Protect Information

  • Your information is stored securely using encrypted systems and is only accessible to authorised personnel

  • We retain entry data only for as long as necessary to administer the competition and verify winners

  • All personal data, including referred names, will be securely deleted no later than 60 days after the competition ends

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties.
The only exceptions are:

  • Where required by law or regulatory obligation

  • Where consent has been explicitly provided

We do not share data with Uber, Instagram, or any other platform associated with this competition.

6. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you

  • Request correction of any inaccurate or outdated information

  • Withdraw your consent at any time (although this may affect your entry’s eligibility)
