Privacy Policy – 11th Hour Challenge
This Privacy Policy applies to the 11th Hour Challenge competition run by Therapy In The Outback (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”), ABN 42 110 209 542, based in Sydney, NSW.

By entering this competition, you agree to the collection, use, and handling of your personal information as set out below.

Full name
Email address
Phone number
The full names of the 11 individuals you encouraged to sign the petition
Any publicly posted content under the hashtags #The11thHourChallenge and #ItsNowOrNever (e.g. Instagram video entries)
We do not collect contact details (e.g. emails or phone numbers) of your referred individuals, only their names, which are used for verification purposes only.
2. Why We Collect Your Information
We collect your personal information to:
Administer and validate entries for the 11th Hour Challenge
Verify that all entry conditions have been met (including that your referred friends have signed the petition)
Contact winners and distribute prizes
Ensure the competition is conducted fairly and in accordance with the terms
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.
3. Consent to Provide Third-Party Information
If you provide us with the names of other individuals as part of your entry:
You must ensure that you have obtained their informed and voluntary consent to share their name with us
You must inform them that their name will only be used to verify that they signed the petition and will not be contacted or used for any other purpose
If we cannot confirm that your 11 referrals have consented and signed the petition, your entry may be disqualified.
4. How We Store and Protect Information
Your information is stored securely using encrypted systems and is only accessible to authorised personnel
We retain entry data only for as long as necessary to administer the competition and verify winners
All personal data, including referred names, will be securely deleted no later than 60 days after the competition ends
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties.
The only exceptions are:
Where required by law or regulatory obligation
Where consent has been explicitly provided
We do not share data with Uber, Instagram, or any other platform associated with this competition.
